Emmerie Dale Mecenas Cunanan is representing the Municipality of Pandan, Antique to the Miss Philippines-Earth 2010, a beauty contest which aims to give a strong emphasis on environmental awareness programs.
Miss Philippine-Earth is a beauty event wherein the candidates and winners actively promote and get involved in the preservation of the environment and the protection of Mother Earth.
Before Miss Philippines-Earth 2010, Emmerie Dale Cunanan have won a few titles already.
She won the local title Lin-ay it Pandan (Miss Pandan) in 2006 which was held in Pandan, Antique during the Tugbong Festival.
She won the provincial title Lin-ay kang Antique (Miss Antique) in 2008 which was held in the province of Antique during the Binirayan Festival.
She won second runner-up at the national level beauty pageant Miss Turismo Pilipina in 2008 which was held at the AFP Theater in Quezon City.
But Emmerie Dale Cunanan is not only about beauty, she has the brains too.
She graduated with honors in high school, a valedictorian of their batch in Pandan Bay Institute in Pandan, Antique.
She studied International Business and Trade for a year at the Chiang Mai University in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
She is currently studying at the University of the Philippines, a consistent College Scholar taking up BA Communication and Media Studies.
The Grand Coronation Night of Miss Philippines-Earth 2010 will be held at the Manila Ocean Park on April 24, 2010. It will be televised at the ABS-CBN Channel on April 25, 2010.

Emmerie Dale Cunanan already won a major award as Best in Evening Gown at the Miss Philippines-Earth 2010 Evening/Long Gown Competition which was held at the Versailles Village in Alabang, Muntinlupa on April 15, 2010.
Winning another major award like the Miss Photogenic would give her a chance to be included on the top ten finalists at the Miss Philippines-Earth 2010 Beauty Pageant.
Pandan Bay Institute is now sometimes called as La Mennais International School as it has been under the direction of La Mennais Brothers since 2004.
